Job Summary

  • The TA Engagement Lead acts as the primary point of contact to the Therapy Area under responsibility and is responsible for co-creating, managing, and delivering all marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • This role involves guiding and coaching Product Specialists to improve their efficiency and achieve optimum performance of both Sales and Non-Sales KPIs in full compliance with Pfizer Values and Global Guidelines.
  • The position includes planning and coordinating sales targets, forecasting sales performance, managing financial cycles, and collaborating with the TA/Brand core team to ensure alignment with sales forecasts and expense budgets.
