Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting
On-site installation and maintenance of scientific equipment

Customer training and technical sales support
Knowledge of ICP-MS and ICP-AES applications
Ability to fit and replace mechanical and electronic components
Nice-to-have
Experience with laser ablation techniques
PhD or post-doc level expertise
Experience with LA-ICP-MS data processing software
Additional European language proficiency
Experience in scientific instrument demonstrations
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Key Requirements
Degree in analytical chemistry or related field
Knowledge and experience with ICP-MS and ICP-AES
Ability to travel extensively for business purposes
Experience in laser ablation techniques
PhD in analytical chemistry or related field (desirable)
Experience in scientific instruments business (desirable)
