Job Summary

  • Your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience.
  • You will coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals, while ensuring all employees offer a first-rate experience at every interaction.
  • This role will report directly to the Market Leader to lead the studio team and processes that enable the studio to achieve their sales targets.
