Job Summary
Your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience.
You will coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals, while ensuring all employees offer a first-rate experience at every interaction.
This role will report directly to the Market Leader to lead the studio team and processes that enable the studio to achieve their sales targets.
