Job Summary
The Sales Talent Bench Pool is a talent pooling initiative designed to acclimate and prepare professionals aspiring to be part of the Reed Elsevier Philippines’ growing Sales organization.
A crucial part of this initiative is a 90-day training program aimed at building and nurturing foundational selling skills, overall salesmanship, and acquainting the participants with REPH’s Sales products and processes.
By the end of the program, participants must be well-prepared to assume the roles of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, or Account Managers.
