  • A crucial part of this initiative is a 90-day training program aimed at building and nurturing foundational selling skills, overall salesmanship, and acquainting the participants with REPH’s Sales products and processes.
  • By the end of the program, participants must be well-prepared to assume the roles of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, or Account Managers.
