Job Summary

  • As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies and programs for all levels of employees within the Hotel.
  • You will be involved in preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organizing and delivering training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities.
  • We are seeking an innovative and goal-oriented Assistant Learning & Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development
  • Experience preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Train the Trainer certification
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methods
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work
