Develop and implement training strategies
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
Create training materials and e-learning modules
Track e-learning modules and ensure compliance
Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Maintain accurate training records and reporting systems
Support employee development plans and career progression
Identify cross-training opportunities

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field
Proven experience in Learning & Development
Experience preferably within the hospitality industry
Train the Trainer certification
Strong understanding of adult learning principles
Strong understanding of instructional design methods
