Job Summary
Candidate will manage after-school programming at two locations, recruiting volunteers, mentors, and participants.
Duties include conducting surveys and evaluations, providing hands-on, experiential learning guided by 4-H curriculum, and working with schools and community organizations.
The position will also coordinate summer engagement activities, career exploration events, family orientation meetings, and meet monthly with the grant team to ensure grant benchmarks are met.
