Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting marketing, leasing and occupancy/revenue objectives for Canvas/Chapter by delivering activities related to leasing to new residents and renewals of existing residents.
  • Works as part of a team, supporting and respecting other team members to deliver exceptional resident living and responds to all incoming sales enquiries in a timely manner in line with set targets.
  • Undertakes marketing activities to promote the property and monitors competitor activity, ensuring the accuracy of our advertised content (online/marketing materials etc).
