Job Summary

  • Responsible for all aspects of on-account communication including but not limited to; the oversight and execution of the overall internal and external communications programs, account team communications, client facing communications, and business review content preparation.
  • Coordinate Onboarding & Offboarding, assist with development and tracking of Account Trainings, and own Account Wide Deliverable Upkeep.
  • Drive collaborative behavior between provider partners, centralize coordination for facility partners to resolve issues, and establish proper accountability controls.
