Salary

Base: $73,900 - $110,900 (Level 3); $92,200 - $138,400 (Level 4); Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Experience with XML for technical documentation
  • Knowledge of DoD industry practices and standards
  • Ability to read complex engineering drawings
  • Developing mechanical and electrical procedures
  • Experience with MIL-STD-40051 and S1000D

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on experience with Raytheon EAGLE software
  • Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker and Illustrator
  • Experience creating and working with templates
  • Strong PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience (Level 3) or 8 years (Level 4)
  • High school diploma plus 9 years (Level 3) or 12 years (Level 4) experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance positions
