• The Commercial Operations Specialist supports World Fuel’s North America Land Retail business by managing customer contracts and onboarding activities in alignment with company policies and commercial objectives.
• This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Management, and Operations to support contract renewals, new retail site setups, and customer transitions—while reducing administrative workload for sales teams.
• You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, helping coordinate required documentation, approvals, and system setup to ensure a smooth and accurate handoff to operations.
