The Director, Sales Training / Product Coaching is primarily responsible for creating, developing, and implementing the Surgical training course curriculum to ensure top-quality and consistent training for all Surgical Sales associates.
This role ensures sales teams and Regional Training Managers (RTMs) possess deep clinical understanding, technical proficiency, and advanced selling capabilities required to successfully commercialize vitreoretinal capital equipment, consumables, and integrated surgical ecosystems.
