This role manages the complete lifecycle of service-related projects from initial bidding to final financial closure.
The specialist is responsible for reviewing RFQs, defining scope of work, and preparing cost estimates for labor and materials.
Candidates must ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, HSE requirements, and quality standards throughout execution.
