Job Summary
The Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Team Leader provides a variety of technical services including electrical, controls, and mechanical, to develop, maintain, fix, and improve our automated production equipment.
The team lead will support the maintenance manager in day-to-day activities and floor support when necessary to maintain reliability and ensure uptime of machinery.
The role involves identifying and implementing improvements to reduce costs, improve quality and customer satisfaction, and ensure product availability and delivery.

Key Requirements
Associate degree (2-year college degree)
5+ years applicable work experience
Experience with automated production equipment
Proficient in electrical, electronics, and controls technologies
Strong mechanical skills including disassembly and repair
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Proficient in PC applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
