Job Summary
The Inventory & EAM Data Specialist maintains inventory control processes to ensure warehouse asset inventory accuracy is compliant with company procedures and legal requirements.
This role utilizes the Enterprise Asset Management System to ensure both system accuracy and utilization are in line with company expectations while documenting changes.
The incumbent partners with Plant Purchasing and Maintenance teams to proactively identify fill rate and excess inventory issues and execute corrective actions.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum five years MRO parts experience
Master data set-up in asset management systems
Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet analytics
Conduct monthly inventory accuracy data reviews
Train maintenance personnel on EAM system
Nice-to-have
Experience in poultry or protein manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with others tactfully
Demonstrated technical knowledge of MRO goods categories
High level of confidentiality in all matters
Key Requirements
Bachelors' degree in Procurement or relevant discipline
Minimum five years MRO parts or data management role
CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
Knowledge of computerized asset management spare parts Master Data
