Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Statistics or related quantitative field
  • 5+ years post-degree experience required
  • Experience with R and/or Python programming
  • Fit-for-purpose statistical solutions delivery
  • Oncology clinical development support

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on expertise in Bayesian approaches
  • Knowledge of causal inference and AI/ML methods
  • Strong stakeholder management in matrix environment
  • Working knowledge of SAS software
