Job Summary

  • As a member of the Global Subsidiary Governance Operations team, you will be supporting the delivery of a high-quality service for Shell’s subsidiaries, covering entity management, corporate governance, compliance processes, board activities, shareholder services and working to understand the corporate reporting and governance standards of the Shell group.
  • The role requires communication with external parties such as local registries, Company Auditors, Third Party Law Firms, Third Party Banks and various Other Third-Party Bodies whether as part of a commercial transaction or in compliance with legislative requirements.
  • You bring your skills and experience to Shell and in return you work with talented, committed people on one of the most important challenges facing our planet.
