This role will support implementation of Internal Audit communication plan to continuously develop the Internal Audit brand within ABB, considering stakeholders’ specific needs, content, timing and channels of communication.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Communications
Minimum 8 years experience in Learning Development, Corporate Communications, or Project Management
Demonstrated experience developing communication plans
Highly proficient written and verbal communication
Experience managing competency frameworks
Experience creating and delivering training programs internationally
