Responsibilities: Prepare and submit Main Contract progress claims for approval by the Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, and Project Manager. Support the Project Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, and Contracts Manager on contractual matters, including variation and extension of time (EOT) claims. Obtain quotations and prepare cost comparisons for management review. Assist in liaising with consultants’ Quantity Surveyors on discrepancies in contract documents and disputes with subcontractors. Verify quantity status of material stocks, Main Contract progress claims, and payment claims from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Determine material quantities required for ordering purposes. Prepare final accounts for subcontractors and vendors. Collaborate with the Senior Contracts Manager and Contracts Manager in preparing contract documentation for main contracts and subcontracts. Compile petty cash claims and submit to HR for approval and payment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline such as Construction Management or Civil Engineering. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably within Singapore. Sound knowledge of construction estimating techniques, cost control practices, and procurement procedures. Proficient in quantity surveying software (e.g. SMM7, CostX) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
