Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role
  • Experience in a repair station environment (FAR-145), repair engineering, or technology development
  • Demonstrated experience with FLIGHT DECK deployment
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams
