3+ years of experience in Service Charge management
Experience with MRI solutions (Horizon, QubePM, or PMX)
Understanding of RICS Service Charge guidelines
Previous experience in a client-facing role
Working towards or have a professional qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
