You will be responsible to provide support to our Health Care Partners in their day to day inquiries

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible to provide support to our Health Care Partners in their day to day inquiries.
  • Key to the role will be the end-to-end journey, managing the partnership with health provider accounts, such as hospitals and clinics.
  • You will also be able to deal with more complex cases such as provider complaints, which you ll resolve with in partnership of other stakeholders of PSO or Cigna where needed.
