Job Summary
This role leads contract strategy and execution across major hydroelectric projects in North America, combining legal insight, negotiation skill, and project leadership to shape agreements that directly impact the success and sustainability of clean energy initiatives.
The Regional CM Leader will manage a regional team of senior professionals Contract Managers, tasked with leading the project team to proactively identify, analyze, and manage commercial and contractual risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess strong contract management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills and will be an experienced people leader.
