Job Summary

  • Work closely with the BU Directors to develop and implement the sales force capabilities plan and on Sales Execution Governance across Lilly Turkey.
  • Lead the transformation of the sales team’s capabilities by implementing Lilly’s AI driven innovation initiatives to facilitate full integration between OCE, data, and Lilly Selling Model.
  • This role will coach sales team in the field to pull through prioritized learning during live field rides and customer engagements.
