Job Summary
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and the resulting HR solutions for the Abbott CRM Division.
Develop and implement a talent plan that ensures the organization has the right talent to deliver on financial commitments and a sustainable talent bench for business growth.
Establishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from Area BHR, Practice Areas and Service Centers to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated.
