The incumbent will lead PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos while driving end-to-end coordination of cross-team dependencies for software baselines and release management.
Candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and demonstrate extensive experience managing large-scale IT platforms within Federal Government environments.

Must-have
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
5+ years leading Agile teams in SAFe environment
Experience as Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Coordination of cross-functional software engineering teams
DevSecOps pipeline and cybersecurity artifact management
Nice-to-have
Experience with DoD cloud environments like AWS GovCloud
Background in AI/ML or enterprise data platforms
Fostering culture of transparency and continuous improvement
Facilitating Agile transformations in mission-critical programs

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years experience or Master's with 10-13 years
Minimum 5 years leading Agile teams in SAFe

Experience with cost-reimbursable or award-fee contracts
