The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as measuring vitals and assisting with personal care.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident information while reporting any suspected abuse, unauthorized disclosures, or changes in resident conditions to supervisors.
