Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in EE, ME, Manufacturing Eng, or Physical Sciences with 5+ years of experience

Supported battery pack manufacturing in LRiP and beyond
Owned battery pack design and prototype assembly
Delivered robust, high-performance ESS
Professional awareness of BMS electrical design, algorithms, and validation
Professional awareness of battery cell characterization and modeling/simulation
Basic CAD capabilities
Understanding of UN38.3, NAVSEA S9310, or equivalent safety standards
