Salary
Base: $160,000 - $230,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonuses and equity grants; Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-10 years executive compensation experience
J.D. degree and bar admission required
Deep technical expertise in global equity programs
Experience with complex cross-border M&A transactions
Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings
Collaborative mindset with no task too big attitude
Ability to distill complex legal concepts clearly

Key Requirements
J.D. from accredited law school
