Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: Project Manager (Construction) Working Location: Bedok Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants. Prepare and control budgets and cost estimates; monitor spend; approve invoices, variations, and procurement. Manage contracts and stakeholders; negotiate and resolve contractual issues; maintain client communication. Lead site teams; assign tasks; supervise contractors/subcontractors; conduct regular site inspections. Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; address site issues promptly. Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and handle delays, disputes, and emergencies. Track performance and prepare progress reports for management and clients. Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. 5–10 years’ experience managing medium to large construction projects. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority processes. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage. Excellent planning, budgeting, risk, and resource management skills. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. Proficient in MS Project or Primavera; familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM tools.
