• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2002 grad)
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2016 grad)
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License
• Eligible for Arkansas PT License within 1 month
• Intermediate computer skills
• Pass state abuse registry checks
• Pass drug screen
• Submit to TB skin test
• Required immunizations or proof
