** Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to assist in administering medications to residents while ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures. The role involves documenting medication administration, participating in quality assurance programs, and maintaining effective communication with the nursing team and residents. **

Job Summary

  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs, the Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and any other facility committee or program that affects the medication pass and seeks to improve the performance and accuracy of the medication process.
