Mercury is seeking an Onboarding QC Specialist to ensure quality control and process improvement within their Onboarding team. This remote role involves conducting QC assessments, documenting processes, and providing actionable feedback to enhance customer experience

Job Summary

  • This role is laser-focused on the accuracy and overall quality of Mercury’s Onboarding team, performing Quality Control (QC) reviews and assisting in creating and maintaining QC process documentation and training resources.
  • You will conduct regular QC reviews for ICs, contractors, and BPO agents, contribute to monthly QC reports, and support project work, playing a key role in identifying improvements for the Onboarding team.
