Job Summary

  • In this role as a Senior PD Project Analyst within the Medtronic Pelvic Health & Neuromodulation Project Management Office (PMO), you will oversee the operational and analytical aspects of the entire lifecycle of product development programs across multiple businesses and servicing various business needs.
  • You will partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives such as pre- and post-market commercialization program planning & execution, process improvements, lifecycle management, productivity programs, and compliance-driven projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Master's degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • PhD with minimum 0 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of relevant project coordination, project analysis, or PMO experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
  • Experience in medical device or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with design controls, quality systems, and governance workflows
  • Experience with Planview, Power BI, or other portfolio management tools
  • PMP/CAPM/Agile certification is desired
  • Experience leading or influencing cross functional teams
  • Strength in executive level reporting and dashboard development
