• Develops and executes employee communications and engagement strategies in support of Finance, Legal, Strategic Development, and Enterprise Business Intelligence teams, connecting teammates to business strategy and culture.
• Responsible for developing communication campaigns to disseminate information to the employee base, including policy, process, and news updates.
• This role is highly collaborative with leaders, peers, and cross-functional teams, focusing on driving business objectives, team engagement outcomes, and change management initiatives.
