The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in data science and analytics, particularly in manufacturing or complex operations, and will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights.

Job Summary
The Associate Director will build and lead the enterprise operational intelligence capability, converting operational data into decisions, foresight, and measurable business outcomes across Manufacturing, Supply Management, Quality, IBP, and Operation Program Office (OPO).
The role requires establishing and operating a single, trusted source of operational intelligence enabling fact-based decision-making, predictive and prescriptive insight, AI-enabled performance improvement, and scalable analytics embedded into operational processes.
