15+ years in Decision Intelligence or Data Analytics
Global leadership experience in multinational enterprises
Ownership of enterprise BI platform at global scale
Deep expertise in Power BI and semantic models
Experience shaping and running a BI Centre of Excellence
Strong understanding of Azure cloud data platforms
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Python/R and AI/ML workflows
Familiarity with UX design principles for data products
