Must-have

  • 8+ years substation physical design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain
  • Deep understanding of bus design and grounding
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading 3D substation projects in Autodesk Inventor
  • Familiarity with CDEGS grounding studies software
