Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the primary contact for transaction inquiries.
Responsible for maintaining the Master Demand Plan, coordinating with plant operations for scheduling and delivery, and reconciling inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history to support various departments.
