The Team Lead is responsible for all technical activities and staff actions during patient hookup, monitoring, intervention, and data collection.
This position requires proficiency in the principles of polysomnography and electroencephalography with an intermediate understanding of related electronics.
The role includes working at the Prattville Sleep Center and acting as a Supervisor when the Manager is absent.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) license
Intermediate understanding of EEG and polysomnography electronics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in principles of polysomnography and electroencephalography
Nice-to-have
Basic or advanced polysomnography courses
ACLS certification preferred
Experience acting as Supervisor in absence of Manager
Sensitivity to patient comfort and confidentiality
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent required
Active RPSGT license required (or obtained within 6 months)
