Job Summary
Responsible for the overall performance and meeting factory targets, supervising production from raw material transformation to finished product according to defined standards.
Lead, supervise, and be responsible for the performance and results of Production teams (Leaders, Preparers, Operators, and Assistants), strongly acting in accident prevention.
Develop and implement continuous improvements in production processes in partnership with Product and Process Engineering, auditing operational routines and process parameters.
