Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • All-Source Intelligence or targeting experience
  • Prior operational deployment experience
  • Hands-on CIC MPC operations experience
  • Analog intelligence product development skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MIST Thresher Bodhi tools
  • Exercise scripting and facilitation background
  • Formal training instructor qualification
  • White Cell exercise facilitation experience

Key Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years experience OR Associate's plus 6+ years
  • Recent hands-on experience in Unit-Level Intelligence operations
