Job Summary

  • This role plays a key part in developing the Rolls-Royce SMR Power Station and supporting the Generic Design Assessment (GDA).
  • The successful candidate will prepare detailed External Hazards submissions for the Environment, Safety, Security & Safeguards (E3S) Case.
  • The position offers a base salary between £40,000 and £52,500 along with a 12.5% bonus opportunity and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

  • Experience in international nuclear regulatory equivalents

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Maths, Physics, or significant relevant industry experience
  • Experience in nuclear power plant design
  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance required
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required
