Job Summary
Responsible for managing orders administration for Bulk & PGG, in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, and handling telephone calls, enquiries, incoming and outgoing emails & faxes related to order management.
Monitoring customer’s, dealer’s & agent’s empty return from PGG customers to ensure its efficiently manage and assisting in managing the monthly fix rental charges for selected dealers.
Ensure proper filling and storage of Sales Orders and Correspondence are maintained in the system and maintain good relationship with customers by providing professional service.
