Air Products is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, responsible for managing order administration and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, preferably with experience in SAP and multi-language skills

Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing orders administration for Bulk & PGG, in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, and handling telephone calls, enquiries, incoming and outgoing emails & faxes related to order management.
  • Monitoring customer’s, dealer’s & agent’s empty return from PGG customers to ensure its efficiently manage and assisting in managing the monthly fix rental charges for selected dealers.
  • Ensure proper filling and storage of Sales Orders and Correspondence are maintained in the system and maintain good relationship with customers by providing professional service.
