Must-have
5+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning
Experience with IBP and S&OE processes
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Machine Learning
Knowledge of SAP APO, SAP IBP, o9, or Kinaxis
Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills
Nice-to-have
Multilingual coding knowledge including Java and C++
Experience with social network and text mining
Ability to drive continuous improvement in planning tools
Fluency in English for regional interaction
