  • Significant experience applying operational risk frameworks

  • Experience managing RCSA process
  • Experience in Technology, Operations, Information Security, or Operational Resilience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and lead people effectively
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Proven record of driving robust and timely delivery
