Job Summary

  • Senior Managers must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and uphold Campus Recreation policies and procedures to the patrons of the Penn State University community.
  • The Senior Manager will assist with the management of daily area procedures, development and facilitation of training student staff, and oversight of tracking student staff day to day operations.
  • Job performance may include all the duties and responsibilities of positions in lower tier levels, and requires the ability to positively interact with patrons and employees alike.
