Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to provide life-sustaining specialty therapies directly to patients living with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and other rare diseases.
The Infusion Nurse II will educate patients and caregivers to confidently manage therapy while building deep, long-term relationships through compassionate care.
Candidates must be able to coordinate closely with PAH specialty centers and prescribers to ensure seamless treatment across home, clinic, and hospital settings.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active Florida RN license required
5 years nursing experience minimum
Strong IV insertion skills needed
Experience with PAH or CTEPH patients
Valid driver's license for travel
Nice-to-have
Compassionate clinician mindset
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience
CRNI certification preferred
Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends
Key Requirements
Active unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Florida
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience including ICU or pulmonary/cardiac specialty
