The Director provides university-wide leadership for the health, safety, and security of University travelers abroad including students, faculty, and staff.
This role serves as the primary 24/7/365 crisis manager responsible for coordinating responses to traveler emergencies and leading the International Critical Incident Response Team.
The position requires managing the Student Health Insurance Plan compliance with UT System policy and federal immigration regulations while overseeing pre-departure health clearance processes.
