Job Summary

  • Ensure that the quality of goods meet the requirements of customer and ensure inspector has sufficient information to conduct inspection.
  • Devise and maintain quality assurance standards and quality control system to minimise rejection and claim rates, as well as achieve a consistent quality standard, whilst adhering to delivery KPIs.
  • Evaluate existing and new vendors on various performance tracking aspects and recommend corrective actions and/or training to ensure quality standards are met.
