Job Summary

  • The Contract Manager is responsible for managing contracts and negotiations on behalf of senior management in accordance with applicable law and corporate policy.
  • Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of agreements with an emphasis on third party sales channel and consulting agreements tracked in the Conga Contracts system.
  • The role requires collaboration with sales and other key stakeholders, risk mitigation, and maintaining high quality customer service internally and externally.
